Rates/Reservations |
We strive to keep our rates reasonable and affordable for our guests.
Year Round Rates: Adults: $90 per night (single or double occupancy). Children or extra guests: $10 each. Minimum stay: two nights.
Special rates are available to
TransAmerica Trail bikers. For details, please contact us.
We do not accept credit cards, but will accept personal or travelers' checks, payable to "Wayland Orchard B&B".
Reservation/Cancellation Policy: A minimum deposit in hand of one day's room rate is required to guarantee your reservations. Send a check or money order payable to "Wayland Orchard B&B".
If you find you must cancel your reservation and notify us more than seven full days ahead of your scheduled date, we will refund your deposit less a $25 service fee.
If you cancel your reservation less than seven full days prior to your date, one half of your deposit will be returned, or you can re-book for an open date within three months following the date of cancellation.
On University of Virginia Finals weekend, a minimum of two nights stay is required. There will be no refund for cancellations on UVa weekends unless we are able to re-rent the suite, in which case, your deposit will be refunded less a $25 service fee.
